P2P Specialist

**Accounting Cycle Specialist - Procurement to Pay Expert**

We are looking for an experienced P2P Specialist to join our team at People Working Corp. As a P2P Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of procure to pay cycles from our holding and related companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable: Process invoices, verify, schedule and prepare payments, keep financial documentation, track AP invoices statuses, reconcile accounts payable, prepare reports and analysis, and propose procure due diligence.
• Account Reconciliation: Obtain and process proper documentation, account reconciliation, and balance reconciliation.
• Other Duties: Maintain accurate historical records, support month-end and year-end closing processes, and perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Proven Procure to Pay experience of at least 3 years.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Excel and P2P tools.
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
• At least B2 on English.
