Company Overview:

Tek Experts is a leading technology company that offers innovative solutions to its clients. As a Quoting Coordinator, you will be part of our Sales Support & Customer Care team, which plays a vital role in supporting Micro Focus sales operations.

The Sales Support & Customer Care team is responsible for managing sales processes, entitlements, post-sales, and customer success. As a member of this team, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact for regional management and sales teams regarding process-related inquiries, booking, pricing, and other related matters.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting quoting and booking for renewal transactions
  • Overseeing tool requests and ensuring timely updates by the sales team
  • Verifying and answering ad hoc questions about licensing and renewals
  • Identifying renewal accounts and creating quotes in a timely manner
  • Providing Stack C quote support
  • Performing quarter-end process monitoring Q2C deals

You will also be expected to work independently and collaboratively with your teammates to achieve common goals.
