Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security and be able to relate existing systems to future needs and trends. Key responsibilities include administering, supporting, and improving Emerson's global security services, executing and supporting Emerson's global incident response process, and performing routine auditing of systems configuration compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in IT security, including project(s).
- Security-related certifications are a plus but not required.
- CompTIA Network+, any scripting certification, software distribution certification, ITIL, security CompTIA, Windows/Linux System Administration.
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related area.
- Security-related certifications are a plus but not required.
- CISSP, GCIH, GREM.
