At Baxter, we're building the future of healthcare, and we need a skilled Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) expert to join our team. As a key member of our FP&A team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth, optimizing financial performance, and informing strategic decision-making.

About the Role

  • Lead comprehensive planning & reporting processes, including monthly financial outlooks, Annual Operating Plans, Quarterly Forecasts, and Long-Range Plan.
  • Consolidate financial results of the global fulfillment organization on a monthly basis.
  • Work closely with finance teams for each division to ensure accurate, complete, and timely submissions of MRR/QRR/Planning decks.
  • Prepare financial reports & analysis for management, including a global and "by business" view with analysis & explanations for variances vs the planning scenarios.
  • Support fulfillment finance teams for each division/region by providing guidance, presentation materials/templates for the MRR, QRR, and Forecast/Plan/LRP scenarios for the fulfillment P&L.
  • Provide financial & business support to the function enabling optimal business decisions.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for strategic evaluations, financial simulations, and Excel modeling to provide informative recommendations & support for management decision-making.
  • Drive global financial initiatives alignment with function along with updates in global FP&A processes.
  • Act as a trusted business partner, demonstrating financial & business expertise to drive financial decisions.
  • Effectively communicate key design initiatives from the Global FP&A Group to key partners/broader organization as appropriate, including Senior Management.
  • Help transform the finance organization mentality from backward-looking to forward-looking.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
  • MBA, CA, CPA, ICWA with 5 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications (JDE, Cognos BI, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Tableau, etc.).
  • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish), minimum level C1 required.
  • Strong organizational & time management skills able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business partners.
  • Strong attention to detail & accuracy, with a high degree of initiative & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership & collaboration abilities to effectively handle cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in Forecasting & Financial Analysis.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and prioritize multiple priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn & continuously improve with willingness to challenge the status quo.
