Position Overview:

Our offerings span the Enterprise Technology Stack, including business process outsourcing, analytics, engineering, applications, security, cloud solutions, IT outsourcing, and modern workplace services.
This role emphasizes expertise in various SAP modules, such as Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), Record to Report (RTR), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Transportation Management System (TMS). A hands-on approach to configuration within these modules, alongside a comprehensive understanding of integration points with other areas, is essential.
Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP modules, particularly in OTC, PTP, RTR, EWM, and TMS. The following qualifications are required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (computing, industrial, electronic, or mechatronic) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant business or technical experience.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous, as well as exposure to diverse industries.
- A minimum of two implementations of SAP S/4 or ECC projects is necessary.
- SAP EWM S/4 Certification is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Proven ability to lead, direct, and influence large, complex cross-functional teams or projects, including interactions with senior management and stakeholders.
- Strong capability to collaborate and develop roles within medium to large cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication with all levels of management and stakeholders, including clients.
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be accountable for:
- Designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive corporate data management strategy and associated tactics.
- Serving as the SAP technical authority, supporting module teams and solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies that align with business requirements.
- Demonstrating strong analytical skills to swiftly comprehend the drivers of various business processes, including purchasing, supply chain, production, and inventory management.
- Facilitating consensus-building, decision-making, and accountability.
- Employing a structured and adaptable approach to navigate a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Engaging in research to maintain knowledge of emerging data structure tools and technologies for potential business applications.
- Implementing SAP solutions, including process analysis, configuration, specifications for developments, testing, documentation, training organization and delivery, and end-user support.
- Conducting root cause analysis to resolve issues effectively.
- Developing and maintaining effective communication and resource plans.
- Communicating professionally through both written and verbal channels.
- Exhibiting strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
Language Proficiency:
Candidates should possess proficiency in:
- English (85% or higher) and Spanish (mandatory)
