About the Role

We're looking for a talented Cloud Transformation Specialist to join our team as a FastTrack Partner Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building relationships with partner organizations and driving the success of our FastTrack program.

Your primary focus will be on executing on partner health, delivering on campaigns, and portfolio management while ensuring that partners are aware of the resources available to them and their feedback is heard and acted upon.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure partner compliance with program requirements while maintaining partner commitment to the FRP program.">
  • Contribute to FastTrack Active Usage and Customer Health targets.">
  • Deliver against FRP KPIs and usage targets.">
  • Identify opportunities for customers to increase active usage of core workloads that drive renewals and upsell, and communicate these opportunities to partners.">
  • Closely collaborate with MWA, FM, FE, SME, MVM, and other FastTrack roles to deliver on overall FastTrack targets and ambitions.">
  • Represent the Voice of the Partner and Customer by documenting their inputs through official channels on Success Stories, Case Studies, etc.">

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 7 years of technical consulting, IT administration, support, project management, customer success management, or related work experience.">
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.">
