Job Title: Master Culinary StrategistKey Responsibilities:- Culinary Visionary:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of chefs and kitchen staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Quality Control and Food Safety:
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Implement and monitor portion control and waste reduction practices.
- Cost Management and Supplier Relations:
- Manage food and labor costs effectively.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of high-quality ingredients.
- Customer Interaction and Engagement:
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle any kitchen-related customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure the kitchen complies with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain proper documentation.
- Education: Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume, high-quality kitchen environment.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Leadership and Communication: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Creativity and Technical Skills: Strong culinary creativity and proficiency in kitchen management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
