Job Summary

We are seeking a Compliance Expert to join our team, responsible for overseeing third-party compliance within our organization. This role involves setting up and updating third-party profiles, preparing for annual compliance reviews, and conducting due diligence on third parties. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, compliance, or internal audit, with a good understanding of third-party compliance oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initial setup and maintenance of third-party profiles within the compliance database
  • Annual preparation of onsite compliance reviews
  • Sending, receiving, and interpreting third-party oversight questionnaires
  • Identifying gaps between third-party practices and Experian's compliance policy
  • Conducting thorough investigations of third parties, including website reviews and regulatory agency checks
  • Reporting results to management and ensuring all relevant information is captured
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of customer service-related experience
  • Good understanding of third-party compliance oversight
  • Due diligence, investigation, compliance, or internal audit background experience
  • Knowledge of foundational elements of a compliance program in banking/financial services
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations such as FCRA, GLBA, and UDAAP
  • Excel Intermediate skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
