About the Role

This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica. As a Client Onboarding Consultant, you will be responsible for the entire client setup process, collecting required documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate implementation.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze and verify client information to ensure accurate setup and successful implementation.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to complete necessary tasks and documentation.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns.
  5. Elevate complex issues to leadership for guidance and direction.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
