Chief Financial Planner and Operations Manager

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Planner and Operations Manager to lead our FP&A COE Global Medication Product and Therapies (MPT) Consolidation team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in steering the financial direction of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning and reporting cadence for the Segment, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all financial forecasts and plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, including the President and MPT VP Finance, to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions.
- Innovate and standardize processes to enhance departmental productivity and forecasting accuracy through automation and process improvements.
You will supervise the analysis and reporting of financial statements, explaining trends and variances to the latest forecasts/prior year for senior management. Additionally, you will coordinate the preparation of materials for global operating reviews, ensuring comprehensive and accurate financial presentations.
Strategic Business SupportAs a strategic business partner, you will support key initiatives, providing sophisticated analytics and project management skills to drive business growth and improvement. You will evaluate and help coordinate the implementation of mitigation plans, develop and maintain positive relationships with internal clients and partners, and offer insights and solutions to challenges from commercial, operational, and strategic perspectives.

- Proficient in process automation and improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating, and developing diverse teams in a distributed/remote environment.
- Strategic and decisive leadership with a track record of idea generation, developing alternatives, and driving implementation.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
