About the Role:
As a Regional Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing internal communication plans that align with global priorities and strategy. Your primary objective will be to create engaging content for various communication channels, including social media, blogs, and internal announcements.
You will work closely with local Leadership Teams to ensure seamless communication across multiple channels, focusing on quality, consistency, and efficiency. Additionally, you will organize internal events such as town halls and local celebrations, coordinating agenda, content, and logistics with support from Facilities teams.
Your comms support for local Talent & Culture team will involve effective communication of various projects and initiatives under the 'Your Voice' umbrella, including celebrations and recognition. You will also provide assistance on global comms projects in IDT/GBS according to the global comms cycle plan.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5-6 years of experience in multinational corporations, exposure to multi-cultural teams and matrix structure. Key skills include excellent communication skills, event management, leadership, and interpersonal skills suited to manage various groups of internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing skills is an advantage.
