Job Summary
The System and Silicon Debug Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Intel's silicon products. This position requires a strong background in design for test, debug, and yield analysis, as well as experience working with automatic test equipment (ATE).
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement testability and manufacturability strategies for integrated circuits.
- Evaluate new designs on ATE and collaborate with design teams to debug functionality and performance issues.
- Analyze and evaluate component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability.
- Drive design for test/debug/manufacturing (DFT/DFD/DFM) features enabling efficient production testing of new products.
