The Role
We're seeking experienced software architects to join our team as senior technical leaders. In this role, you will:
- Oversight of projects to ensure seamless continuity between clients, design, development, QA, and project management.
- Participation in two-week sprints, sprint retrospectives, and daily standups.
- Assistance with building estimates.
- Collaboration with modern tools, including Jira, Slack, GitHub, and Google Docs.
- Inclusion in a community of developers sharing knowledge and helping each other overcome challenges.
- Adherence to FullStack's detailed development process.
- You'll work closely with our incredible clients in one of two ways:
- _Team Augmentation / Staffing_: You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team, working alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
- _Design & Build_: You will work on a FullStack Labs product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Meaningful experience working with technologies such as React.js, Ember.js, Angular, Vue, React Native, Node, and Ruby on Rails.
- No less than 10 years of professional software development experience.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Experience working on large, complex systems.
- Agile/Scrum team experience.
- A four-year college degree or higher.
- Extreme ownership over your work.
- Ability to identify with client goals and commit to delivering on commitments.
- Understanding of best practices and commitment to following them.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- A passion for software development.
- Constant learning and self-improvement mindset.
