What We're Looking for
At Grupo Preselección, our Onboarding team plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes and derive maximum value from our solution.
We do this by guaranteeing a successful onboarding experience, guiding and assisting with platform adoption, and ultimately empowering customers to get the most out of their usage.
This involves engaging with customers at critical points in their journey to provide tailored support.
We're seeking individuals with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field, or relevant professional experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles, customer service experience/tech support.
- Previous experience in SaaS companies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau is an asset.
- Excellent client relationship management skills and ability to manage client expectations.
- Must be comfortable with phone-based client engagement and conversational communication.
- Experience with configuring business logic in web-based platforms.
- Understanding of requirements definition, review of functional specifications, test plans, testing, user training, and deployment.
- Ability to manage high volumes of accounts while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
