Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute SQL queries to analyze data for quantitative and qualitative analysis to support ECS products and benefit delivery.
- Conduct operational monitoring processes to identify and address issues related to daily control reviews.
- Build and use Tableau dashboards and other data visualizations to exhibit business insights into benefit delivery performance and trends.
- Collaborate with teams to support ad hoc research, impact analysis, and to validate issue remediation actions.
- Become a functional expert on ECS platform features and capabilities.
- Analyze, compare, and reconcile data across multiple platforms and data sources.
- Automate existing processes and develop methods to oversee products and services to meet the growing needs of the business.
- 2+ years of hands-on SQL query development experience.
- Adept in querying relational databases, Excel, and other data sources.
- Experience creating data visualizations with Tableau or other visualization tools.
- Proficiency in profiling data, including data analysis, discovery, cleansing, and transformations.
- Experience and ability to produce and present analyses and business cases to all kinds of team members.
