The Salesforce Developer - Operations will play a vital role in our Global Tech Services Organization, driving the development of best-in-class Salesforce implementations. This individual will oversee one of our Salesforce delivery teams, focusing on delivering cost-effective and thoughtful solutions that meet business needs.

Our team culture is collaborative and innovative, valuing drive, problem-solving skills, and teamwork. We seek a highly skilled professional with expertise in APEX, LWC, Aura, declarative tools, and environment governance. Additionally, experience with API-led integrations (REST, SOAP) is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving day-to-day operations of a Salesforce development team
  • Collaborating with our product team to distill business problems into viable technology solutions
  • Mentoring junior developers on the team
  • Providing operational support to the business

**Requirements:*

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or demonstrated industry hands-on experience
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development
  • Experience with ETL platforms, CICD pipeline setup and maintenance, and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
