**Key Responsibilities:**

Manage incoming and outgoing calls, verifying patient information and insurance details.

Coordinate patient visits with medical staff, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of care.

Develop and maintain schedules for medical staff, taking into account patient needs and staff availability.

Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and home health aides to determine patient assignments and schedule appointments.

Optimize schedules to minimize transit time between patient visits and mitigate avoidable delays.

**Requirements:**

Minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling and coordinating medical staff in a home health setting.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently.

Proficiency in utilizing tools like Google Maps to identify available providers near the patient's location.

Strong understanding of medical terminology and knowledge of home health care services.
