We're looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences at Smartsheet. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our customers' success by troubleshooting technical issues and providing expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diligently investigate customer complaints, utilizing relevant documentation and tools to identify solutions and implement resolutions
  • Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure clear understanding of issues and progress
  • Develop expertise in specific product areas to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Provide constructive feedback to colleagues and leaders to foster growth and improvement

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)
  • Relevant experience in technical or customer-facing roles, or equivalent education/training
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and confidence when addressing customer issues
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
