Technical Support Professional

We're looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences at Smartsheet. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our customers' success by troubleshooting technical issues and providing expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Diligently investigate customer complaints, utilizing relevant documentation and tools to identify solutions and implement resolutions
- Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure clear understanding of issues and progress
- Develop expertise in specific product areas to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Provide constructive feedback to colleagues and leaders to foster growth and improvement
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)
- Relevant experience in technical or customer-facing roles, or equivalent education/training
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and confidence when addressing customer issues
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
