Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Material Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the receipt and transfer of materials to support our manufacturing process.

About the Role:

  • Receive material requisitions, locate materials, verify lot for picking, and pack materials onto dispatch carts.
  • Perform packaging of goods for shipment, create pick lists, and invoices for outbound shipments using JDE, TRAX, and Forwarder software.
  • Receive materials into the warehouse from production returns and/or purchase orders, perform visual inspections, count verification, and physically place goods in storage.
  • Print labels, deliver materials to the transfer area, and fulfill material requisitions without entering clean rooms.
  • Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventory counts.
  • Review, follow, and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adhere to SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Secondary education is strongly preferred. No previous related experience is required; however, experience in a warehouse environment and forklift operation is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills with working knowledge of computer systems or software, such as JDE, TRAX, and Forwarder, are preferred.
  • The ability to read, interpret, and comprehend policies and procedures (English-speaking) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to Edwards Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines as they relate to warehouse operations and clean room medical device manufacturing is required.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision by following detailed established work instructions.
  • A strict attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
  • Must adhere to all company rules and requirements, including pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules, and take adequate control measures to prevent injuries and protect the environment.

Salary Information:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
