About the Role

The Studio Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our design team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes coordinating travel arrangements, managing timesheets and expense reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage travel arrangements for all studio members.
  • Ensure timely completion of travel forms and invoices.
  • Coordinate seating for new hires in the studio.
  • Work with marketing on qualifications packages and RFPs.
  • Provide administrative support to Design Managers.
  • Update Principal and Senior Management contacts in CRM.
  • Back-up receptionist and other Studio Coordinators.

About You

We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of two years' administrative experience.
