We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our GBS Performance Management team, supporting data analytics for various teams throughout GBS Shared Services. This is a global role working across our Shared Services Centers in Costa Rica, Scotland, and Hungary.
Key Responsibilities- Drive foresight data analysis to assist Operations teams in maintaining KPIs at a green level.
- Provide analyses to empower stakeholders in making informed decisions using available data.
- Utilize data visualization and analysis tools to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and other important business metrics.
- Conduct descriptive and diagnostic analytics on data to identify areas of opportunity.
- Analyze data to diagnose problems early and facilitate solution formulation.
- SUPPORT ANALYSIS OF DATA USED TO IMPLEMENT PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES.
- Assist in designing automated reporting and dashboards to track business performance metrics.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Experience in process mining is an advantage.
- Process improvement skills, understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- An analytical mindset and service-oriented attitude.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with effective communication in a diverse work environment.
- English language skills are required for this role.
