We are seeking a highly skilled Personnel Accounting Expert to join our team in Heredia, Costa Rica. As a key member of the payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information before processing payroll.
  • Maintain payroll information, files, and records to provide up-to-date references and audit trail for compliance.
  • Analyze payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or currently studying) in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • At least one year of experience in payroll processing.
  • Moderate/advanced knowledge in the Day Force technology platform.
  • MS Office - moderate/advanced level.
  • English - at least B2.
