The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Client Service Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating client requests by working closely with multiple internal departments, including portfolio management, sales, service, and more. This is not just a job; it's a springboard to a fulfilling career in the finance industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with high-net-worth clients via phone and email in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
  • Execute operational tasks between Fisher Investments and top brokerage houses that serve as our dedicated custodians.
  • Interact with clients to establish and clear accounts, resolve documentation and transfer issues, and provide exceptional support.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining quality work while adhering to timelines.
  • Able to overcome challenges, learn from setbacks, and continuously improve performance.
  • Engaging and able to connect with diverse audiences through phone and email interactions.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive compensation package, including:

  • An estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000 based on location and experience.
