Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guest Environment Expert to join our team. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all hotel areas, including rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• A strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
