The successful candidate will lead the development of user experiences that meet the needs of our clients and their end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Digest existing background materials to understand client expectations and define problems to be solved from an end-user perspective.
- Create journey maps of current and to-be user experiences.
- Conduct design discovery around out-of-the-box capabilities and determine where gaps exist between OOTB functionality and end-user needs.
- Create high-level user flows depicting the proposed journey of the end user through the app.
- Develop low-to-mid-fidelity design concepts to validate design solutions with representative end-users.
- Perform usability testing on proposed solutions, including creation of research plans, participant recruiting, execution of testing sessions, synthesis of findings, and usability readouts.
- Create high-fidelity, polished prototypes reflecting the final UX vision.
