Job Description

The Procurement Training Expert role is responsible for providing training to business users and support teams on procurement processes and systems. This includes conducting training need analyses, designing training sessions, creating training content, and maintaining system tool tips and guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Secondary education completed
  • Relevant university studies
  • Advanced English language proficiency

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide training to business users and support teams on procurement processes and systems
  2. Conduct training need analyses according to the Global TNA Template
  3. Design and deliver training sessions in virtual setups
  4. Create and maintain training content, including guides, presentations, videos, and scripts
  5. Maintain and refresh training content based on quarterly system functionality releases
