Job Responsibilities
As a Content Author at Critical Mass, you will:
- Create or update content in the CMS (AEM, Sitecore, TeamSite) on basic HTML, CSS, and JS to ensure the pages accurately reflect the client requirements.
- Work closely with Creative, Business, Technology, and QA teams to ensure quality and punctual web development.
- Implement technical solutions following the Capability best practices.
- Debug or troubleshoot simple issues in existing web applications.
- Provide feedback on policies and procedures when an opportunity for improvement exists.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- English Proficiency (B2+/C1 reading, writing, and conversation).
- At least 2+ years of experience working with content management systems (WordPress, AEM, Sitecore, TeamSite).
- Knowledge of Cross-browser and Responsive development.
- Familiar with basic front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JS.
