Role OverviewThe Category Leader for Human Resource (HR) Services will play a pivotal role in the Professional Services Sourcing Team within Global Sourcing at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and execute global category plans for strategic sourcing of corporate services with a focus on HR Services.
- Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for consolidating suppliers and driving cost reductions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand current and future business needs and create project pipelines.
