S&B Technical Products seeks a highly skilled Cost Controller Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date cost accounting records, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update manufacturing cost accounting records with precision.
- Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other financial reports.
- Oversight of the monthly forecast process, ensuring alignment with financial goals and strategic plans.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and cost roll activities, collaborating with procurement and operations teams.
- Support margin analysis, identifying factors impacting profitability and providing recommendations to enhance margins.
- Perform productivity analysis and prepare daily reports for executives, showcasing production metrics and department efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience in financial management, cost accounting, or related fields in a manufacturing environment.
- A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in manufacturing cost accounting, cost roll, and standard cost methodologies.
- Excellent English communication skills to interact effectively with corporate and global teams.
