The Infrastructure and Platform Solutions Group (IPSG) at Intel is seeking a highly skilled Microprocessor Development Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the IPSG, you will be responsible for designing and developing silicon infrastructure for Intel's silicon design teams.
About the RoleThis role requires strong technical expertise in computer architecture, programming languages, and testing methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet Intel's quality and reliability standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop silicon infrastructure for Intel's silicon design teams
- Develop and implement testing methodologies to ensure product quality and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 50% coursework completion in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Intermediate to advanced English language skills are also required. Additionally, you should have 6+ months of experience in computer and system architecture concepts, programming languages such as Perl, Python, C, C#, etc., and tools like Microsoft Visual Studio, GIT Repositories.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in testing methodologies, test program development generation, validation, and qualification, DFT hardware testing methods and tools, DFx, Automated Test Equipment, data analysis tools, digital scan product development, and relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, internships, and work experience.
