As a Business Service Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients' success by providing exceptional customer care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

  • Active listening to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Providing excellent customer service during phone coverage.
  • Diagnosing and resolving moderate problems related to credentialing, technical support, billing, account maintenance, data issues, file research, product descriptions, pricing, intranet access requests, and more.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to coordinate client requests and service needs.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of advanced customer service experience.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and PC/internet skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Must be able to successfully pass our Employee Background Screen, which includes a criminal background check, previous employment verification, education verification, and a drug screen.
