Job Description
The Analyst will perform transactional level tasks, such as creating material views, maintaining master data accuracy, and updating costing legacy systems. This role also involves generating reports, checking cost of sales, inventory/sales volume between different reporting systems, and analyzing drivers of differences.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Sysaid/MDGM tickets related to material creations, costing creations, cost calculations, transfer price calculations, and accounting views maintenance.
- Reconcile across both systems SAP & STC: standard costs, inventory, sale volumes, and cost of sales to ensure accuracy on financial data.
- Maintain trading flow structures in STC proactively and clear STC links (reactive load of structures during close).
- Work with local contacts and master data organization to solve different issues.
- Work on Balance Sheet reconciliations and different SOX controls in place in our team.
- Run validations, checks, and controls to ensure data integrity at each point of each cycle (specifically in MEC).
- Proceed with annual processes (budget and transfer price).
