They guarantee that the help desk team delivers flawless customer service in managing incident restoration and service level agreements. They promptly address client inquiries, ensuring consistent delivery and output of business requirements and operational support.

  • Oversee Helpdesk Team Leaders and staff to ensure helpdesk support and service levels are met.
  • Assist the operational, support, and management team to deliver the standard of service outlined in the Company's Mission Statement and Policy.
  • Maintain inventory and asset management of IT architecture, including telecom and IT cabling, endpoints, servers, data centers, and facilities.
