At Te Connectivity, our Administrative Support Teams play a vital role in office administration and daily clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Basic schedule planning
  • Travel arrangements
  • Documentation and file maintenance

In addition, they create and maintain office documentation and files, review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents, and participate in special projects as directed by the department head.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities, human resources, or administrative support, with good written and oral communication skills and intermediate English level. They must also be highly resourceful and able to work effectively in culturally diverse teams.
