We're looking for a talented Assembly Process Engineer to join our team at Intel in Costa Rica.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our operations and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

In this position, you will:

  • Develop and maintain efficient processes for component attach, underfill lid attach, and laser mark in semiconductor manufacturing operations.
  • Analyze data and implement process improvements to increase output while ensuring safety, yields, and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process changes.
  • Provide input on equipment selection and procurement to optimize production output.
  • Utilize problem-solving methodologies and data analysis skills to identify and resolve issues.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong background in Electronic, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Materials, Chemistry, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in High Volume Manufacturing environment with a focus on Problem Solving Methodologies and Data analysis
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
