We support Citi Businesses and Functions with various products and services, including Archiving, Corporate Card, Vehicle Program, Managed Print, Mail & Distribution, Transaction Print, Marketing Print, Global Travel, Office Supplies & Stationery, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process transactions and deliver services within BTSS.
- Provide operational support, process guidance, and quality assurance and quality control oversight.
- Leverage centralized utility infrastructure, standardized processes, and operating procedures to execute robust risk management activities on behalf of Business Area Owners (BAOs)/Third-Party Owners (TPOs).
- Identify system or process weaknesses and propose resolutions to mitigate exposure and increase processing efficiency.
- Integrate other control functions to ensure all risks are fully scrutinized.
- Identify risks that cross business lines and organize cross-functional solutions.
- Track and resolve all risk issues, including Process Management and Ad Hoc reporting.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
