  • Coordinate requisitions related to projects or BAU operations across LATAM areas, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
  • Verify vendor classification and compliance with Citi's policies, overseeing contractual obligations and ensuring accurate payment processing.
  • Manage communications with users, procurement, sourcing, accounts payment, and vendors, providing monthly expense allocations and executing automated procedures for business analytics and financial support indicators.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- 1-2 years of experience in business administration, industrial engineering, accounting, or operation processes

- Good math skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills

- High level of personal integrity, ability to handle confidential matters, and professional judgment

- Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently with strict timelines

- Strong control awareness, service attitude, and understanding of various tables/datasets available for analysis

- Intermediate level of English language proficiency
