This Financial Reporting Coordinator position at Moody's Shared Services involves supporting the global team on processing invoices, accrual activities, reporting, and issue resolution while maintaining a secure control environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of timely and accurate invoices while meeting revenue SOX control requirements.
- Maintain close relationships with internal customers, including Sales and Finance organizations, to provide high-quality invoicing services.
- Process custom requests such as complex invoice schedules to multiple customers under the same contract.
- Ensure accurate execution of key/compensating control functions.
- Support team goals and communicate progress regularly.
- Participate in regional ad-hoc projects and coordinate activities.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, or Billing environments.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with accounting and/or billing ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands.
