Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Hangar Worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our digital project delivery team and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects.

You will work closely with our Development and QA teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that their needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent communication and analytical skills. They will also have a deep understanding of Project Management Methodologies, including PMI Process Groups and AGILE Development.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing day-to-day activities in the Delivery Department to ensure projects meet organizational goals and requirements.
  • SUPPORTING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF EFFECTIVE GOVERNANCE APPROACHES INCLUDING TICKET DESCRIPTIONS METRICS DASHBOARDS AND REPORTING.
  • MANAGING PROJECTS AND RESOURCES IN CHARGE.
  • SUPPORTING LEADERSHIP FOR PMs TO MANAGE ALL PHASES OF PROGRAMS TO SUCCESS INCLUDING INITIATION PLANNING DEFINITION DESIGN DEVELOPMENT TESTING AND DEPLOYMENT CYCLES.
  • COORDINATING WITH DEVELOPMENT AND QA TEAMS AND COMMUNICATING WITH ALL IMPACTED STAKEHOLDERS.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • advanced english knowledge B2+ reading writing some conversational.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a variety of digital project types site builds ecommerce marketing campaigns microsites maintenance.
  • a mastery of project management methodologies pmi process groups agile development and risk management.
  • resource management within the solution delivery team including balancing priorities timelines mix and casting while understanding and supporting the objectives and motivations of every discipline.
