We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager-SRM Risk and Controls to join our Procurement and Sourcing Group (PSG). This role will play a key part in supporting the PSG operations and analytics team and leading global and regional PSG projects for mergers & acquisitions and divestitures.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of procurement operations and a proven track record of driving process improvements. They will be able to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights that inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the development of procurement strategies for global projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address procurement-related risks and opportunities.
  • Design and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Manage procurement budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial planning and reporting.

Requirements:**

  • Proven track record of driving procurement process improvements, with a focus on cost savings and operational efficiency.
