We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to lead project development teams through execution of best practices in software development, mentoring other team members. This role requires analyzing and determining the appropriate course of action for non-compliance/conformance deviations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project development teams through execution of best practices in software development, mentoring other team members.
• Analyze and determine the appropriate course of action for non-compliance/conformance deviations.
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Develop documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code on complex issues.
• Provide technical guidance and lead the improvement of operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical innovation by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment.

What We Offer:

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
