This role is critical to the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with US GAAP accounting principles.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date Work Instructions and other Procedures' documentation, identifying issues proactively, and communicating with the manager.
Apart from this, you will participate in the implementation of Continuous Improvement projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and work independently to produce standard and regular reports.
Responsibilities- Maintain domestic and international general ledgers, including journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and analytical activities.
- Prepare financial and accounting analysis, meet deadlines, and take initiative to understand complex problems.
- Liaise with colleagues and departments to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
