Key responsibilities of the position include:
Design Development
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate conceptual design ideas into detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software.
- Foundation Design: Develop accurate foundation plans that outline the layout, dimensions, and specifications of the foundation components, ensuring proper load distribution and structural integrity.
- Framing Design: Create comprehensive framing plans that detail the placement, sizing, and specifications of structural components, optimizing material usage while adhering to relevant building codes.
