Live the Island Life as an ambassador of Tommy Bahama, representing the latest island-inspired trends. We seek passionate individuals for rewarding positions, from sales to management, where you will play a key role in store leadership and inspire your team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a relaxed destination by genuinely greeting all guests with a friendly smile, selecting and helping locate merchandise based on their needs and desires.
  • Set the course by learning, referencing, and sharing current product knowledge with guests, providing prompt recommendations and professional service to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Build the perfect oasis by emphasizing brand direction and seeking opportunities to inform guests of current marketing programs and upcoming events.
  • Onboard your crew by actively participating in all store-related meetings, working towards exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Guest and Sales experience
  • A 'get things done' mindset
  • Natural collaborator able to identify opportunities and take initiative
  • High School diploma or GED

Physical Demands:

  • Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
  • Bending/stooping/kneeling required - frequently
  • Climbing ladders - occasionally
  • Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)

Pay Range: $17.00-$22.00 hourly. At Tommy Bahama, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects our commitment to fair pay and career growth.
