About the RoleThe Internal Communications Strategist plays a critical role in delivering corporate messaging to employees, from intake to launch, and measuring the efficacy of communications. This position requires a skilled communicator who can ensure the message has the right tone, reaches the right audience, and achieves maximum results.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a communications strategy that aligns with Experian's brand voice and guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand desired outcomes and propose effective communications solutions.
- Lead the creation and dissemination of engaging digital content, including flyers and videos.
- Work closely with the Communications and Engagement team to review, edit, and proofread content.
- Prioritize tasks based on business impact and meet deadlines to deliver high-quality results.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in internal communications, marketing, or public relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences and formats.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their applications in internal communications.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
