Your Role
We're seeking an experienced Medical Device Project Director/Project Manager Senior Lead Medical Devices to support the profitable and sustainable growth of Boston Scientific through the management of key strategic projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional development teams, directing business units effectively, and providing input to functional directors on team and team member performance.
Responsibilities
As a Medical Device Project Director/Project Manager Senior Lead Medical Devices, your key responsibilities will include:
- Directs multiple cross-functional development teams to drive project success;
- Leads business units effectively to achieve strategic objectives;
- Provides input to functional directors on team and team member performance;
- Defines and directs sustaining activities to ensure long-term project success;
- Identifies, communicates, and manages business unit technical risk;
- Directs and trains key project management processes to maintain high-quality deliverables;
- Sponsors professional development of project/program managers to enhance their skills and knowledge;
- Actively leads and reviews SDP, policy, and practice improvements to drive functional excellence;
- Influences cross-functional and cross-divisional systems effectiveness to optimize project outcomes;
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science/Technical or equivalent combination of education and work experience;
- 9-12 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience;
- 6-8 years of experience leading large teams/organizations;
- Experience in the Medical Device Industry;
- Desire English level C1+;
