">• Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process for Costa Rica, Panama, and the Caribbean
">• Ensure efficient staffing for various company positions at all levels, including management and regional roles
">• Develop and implement strategies to promote internal recruitment and opportunities for growth within the organization
">• Collaborate with the team to monitor and achieve departmental KPIs in a timely manner
">• Ensure adherence to auditing requirements applicable to the department
">• Design and execute improvement projects for the recruitment and selection process, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and SLA optimization
">• Lead the corporate induction process for new colleagues, fostering a smooth onboarding experience
">• Contribute to and lead regional recruitment and selection projects, driving business growth and success
">Essential Qualifications
">• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
">• Minimum 2 years of experience in comprehensive recruitment and talent selection processes at all levels (regional, management, operational) in multinational companies
">• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required)
">• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced level
">• Familiarity with Success Factor (desired)
">• Proven leadership and management experience
">• Valid B1 driver's license (desired)
