About the Role:

The CSX BI & Cadence Program Manager is a critical position within the CSX organization. This role will play a key part in enabling the successful execution of business objectives by partnering closely with functional leaders to establish clear performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of CSX's functional performance metrics and goals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and track key performance indicators
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of MBOs and other relevant metrics
  • Providing analytical support to inform business decisions
  • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes as needed

About You:

We're looking for an experienced professional who possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success/Services in an Enterprise Software and/or Cloud-based Services company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data modeling and presentation tools
  • Professionalism, positivity, and a high level of integrity
  • Must have experience developing pivot tables within Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with Tableau and/or Salesforce is highly desirable
