About the Role:
The CSX BI & Cadence Program Manager is a critical position within the CSX organization. This role will play a key part in enabling the successful execution of business objectives by partnering closely with functional leaders to establish clear performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of CSX's functional performance metrics and goals
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and track key performance indicators
- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of MBOs and other relevant metrics
- Providing analytical support to inform business decisions
- Maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes as needed
About You:
We're looking for an experienced professional who possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success/Services in an Enterprise Software and/or Cloud-based Services company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data modeling and presentation tools
- Professionalism, positivity, and a high level of integrity
- Must have experience developing pivot tables within Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with Tableau and/or Salesforce is highly desirable
