Role Description
The Director of Financial Services LATAM will be responsible for leading our financial services efforts in the LATAM region. This role will require building strong relationships with senior business partners and driving financial services initiatives to deliver value to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of finance and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and implementation of financial services strategies in LATAM.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior business partners in LATAM.
- Driving financial services initiatives to deliver value to our customers.
- Collaborating with the Finance Hub LATAM stakeholders to analyze and solution partnership feedback themes.
- Driving initiatives aimed at improving the relationship with business partners in LATAM.
Key qualifications include:
- Excellent academic background including a bachelor and/or master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or another appropriate academic major.
- 8+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, process transformation, business partnering, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in finance transformation and process improvement initiatives will be highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills that enable you to think out of the box and come up with good ideas to address complex accounting questions, value generation opportunities, and solve partner relationship problems.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills and the ability to explain specialized concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience building and maintaining successful business relationships within the Coke environment.
