Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operator Laundry to join our team at Avantor. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our laundry equipment, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and folding machines.
  • Ensure all laundry is processed in a timely and efficient manner, meeting quality and productivity standards.
  • Collaborate with the laundry team to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Perform daily inspections and report any issues or concerns to the laundry leader.
  • Maintain accurate records of laundry processed and delivered to the warehouse.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an operator, preferably in a cleanroom environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
